I hate them..they make me sick!
It is sometimes a necessary job because some people can park in places that cause real chaos, but I do wonder what type of person actually signs up to do this work. It's like making a living on the mistakes of others.
overall; legal robbery
99% of people know the are doing something wrong before they do it so if you ge caught bad luck.
Both really, they have targets to hit so legal robbery is possible but without them in some places Traffic would grind to a halt, some are little hitlers but some are ok, hard job, wouldn't want to do it.
