Are the stewards now overcompensating because of what happened at the Belgium GP?

It seems as if at the Japanese GP, the stewards gave penalties to any and every driver they could. I believe that Bourdais' 25 sec penalty was undeserved. It seems as if they are going to nail any racing incident with a penalty just to keep the "conspiracy" whispers to a minimum. Your thoughts.

I don't think there is a conspiracy as such, just rank stupidity and inconsistency. Regardless of anybodies thoughts about the Spa incident (bad call in my opinion) Hamilton wasn't penalised at Monza when I personally thought he was being reckless. Bad stewards.

Bad craziness.

its amazing Matrix, thing is i thought Massa was the 1 in the wrong, Bourdais was exiting the pits, where was he supposed to go, why should he back off, they were racing for position, Massa must of seen him first, if Massa gave him an extra 10 inches of room, Bourdais would of led, Massa followed then at the last corner of the lap, get in the slipstream& do an overtaking manoeuvre.

I was dumbfounded when i heard Massa had been promoted. Anyone with eyes could see Bourdais had nowhere to go as Massa made that stupid move on him Staggering.
Although guilty of a poor race, Lewis raised a point of how he and Massa were both given the same penalty but Felipe had tipped him into a spin AND been -seemingly- congratulated for the Bourdais incident.

What the hell is going on here??

I'm mad as hell at the inconsistencies and its a poor show and is pissing me- and F1 Nerd- off.
