I'm Swedish, and recently moved to Scotland. Is there anywhere in Scotland where you can improve on your acting skills? I really don't have much experience, I've only done some plays in school, and that was a long time ago. I need to get better!
i can try to give you general information you can search on internet. it's difficult to localize the info and nearest sources to you, because i have no .local location to start from. here is the gov'ts site/index to use in scotland: www.direct.gov.uk/en/index.htm, ( this site has an example and rules for letters for employment) . here's a site for jobs/lessons: www.adoos.co.uk/k/lessons. i am searching for information on a list of government and employment offices for you, also sites for the railway schedules, local councils that are a great source of information, and i will search out the lists of theater groups, theaters and theater organisations you may contact. i can't give you specific " local data," it depends on your location, i'm in the usa, i'm familiar with britain and have been involved with theater in the usa., i've opened up my email for reply, and questions. search the sites i've given, for whatever is useful to you. i will search for local sites, addresses, maps, phone numbers, and perhaps names of staff you can contact personaly. if you aren't aware of it; the government is requireing a new photo,fingerprint, computerchip identity card, for use in employment, banking, services, postal use. check this out. as the deadline is fast approaching. i'm starting with employment services, job description, etc. by the way minimum wages for those 18-21 is 3.53 pounds/hr. find other rules and regs'. at the direct.gov site above. best regards. acting lessons, classes, and coaching info will be sent along. as soon as possible. stay in touch. e - mail at www.whitemitten1234@yahoo.com.( member:actors equity assn.,a.e.a.) past shows: sordid lives::
