I am looking on re-designing my sites content. As of right now, the parts I am considering changing are:
-a dead forum,
-an issues section about various topics,
-and a little news updates on the main page. Shooting the breeze with Breezie Blog Archive Post at least once a day:: could all benefit to some extent from this advice contained within the article. Well its hard to discover the focus of your site...that is why the forum is slow perhaps and you have to consider how long your forum is up and what you have done to attract ppl. Forums are still the best way to communicate and has tons of options. Blogging is better for story telling or giving some quick news. If you just want ppl to comment, you might find spammers having a hay day on your site.
I would keep your forum but add more content to the front page and tell ppl why you are here on the web. Find similar sites and become member there.

Forums can be good and bad. They make your site look better, just by you having a forum, but if people go to it and see it dead, they think badly about your site.
Well i just got a new forum this week. I haven't tried to market my site, and I am considering revising the code and incorporating more css and less table.
Thanks for the input. Anyone else have any opinions?
