What are the top 5 astrology web sites and how many page views per
month do each of them receive?
According to a September 2000 Nielsen//NetRatings study, the top 10
spirituality and religion sites are

These statistics are difficult to find and require an honesty of the
site themselves to determine page views because web-metering and usage
services are not measuring astrology sites and publicly publishing
their results. At least that was the case in 1998 as written in "When
The Astrology Zone Aligns With The Internet". It states that "neither
of the leading Web-metering services, Media Metrix or Relevant
Knowledge, has comparative figures on astrology sites."

If page views do not determine the size of a website, I'd like to
know what factors are used
to make that determination. For instance, astrology.com is rated at
the #1 astrology web site,
yet there are a number of sites with more reported page views.
Most statistical studies look at unique visitors when determining
which sites are 'on top' rather than page-views. The
Nielsen/NetRatings study is based on a "unique audience", where
astrology.com had 3.23 million, astronet.women.com had 1.01 million
and 800predict.com had 0.52 million.

define "page view" as:
"Request to load a single HTML page.
Page views are only important to the degree they play a part in a
