No & it sounds kind of suspicious to me. I have never gotten such a message since using Yahoo. Did you set up a "security seal" when it was suggested? Apparently there is a "phony" Yahoo site, so once you set up a sign in seal, the security seal will appear in the upper right hand corner of your screen each time you sign in. You can choose what the seal says. If the seal is not present when you sign in to Yahoo, then it's a phony site, which could cause you a lot of headaches. Check into getting a security seal set up right away. Go to "Help" or "My account" etc.
Scam. Yahoo! would never request personal information in an unsolicited email.
