America Online's Digital City signed a distribution and
content agreement making the local network the exclusive provider of area-related news and content to USAToday.com.
Under the agreement, Digital City will program USAToday.com's Local City
Guide with regional news and information, entertainment, classifieds,
directories, maps and directions.
